All products purchased can be returned for refund within 7 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Law of Retail.

You must indicate your intention to Merlin Natural by email,

Merlin Natural will answer by e-mail specifying the precise instructions for the return of the product.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to Merlin Natural.

On the satisfactory return and receipt of the goods, a refund will be made to the customers account within 7 day´s of Merlin Natural receiving the goods.

The returned products cannot be accepted for refund if the original products supplied were subject to misuse or neglect by the customer. It is important the product is returned properly protected in its original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or neglected by the customer) with all accessories instructions and documentation.

The product´s will be returned to the location specified by Merlin Natural in the 'refunding the product' instructions sent via email.

In the circumstance where the returned product´s are not accepted by Merlin Natural , because the product has been misused or neglected by the customer, the products will remain in the Merlin Natural distribution warehouse to be picked up by the customer for a total period not exceeding thirty days.

Packages without any sender identification attached will not be accepted (order No., name, address ,...).
The costs and risks associated with the product refunding will be charged to the customer, who will send them safely and with the necessary guarantees that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.

On acceptance of the returned products by Merlin Natural a refund at the full purchase price paid at the time of purchase by the customer will be paid into the customer´s account.

The refund does not include any costs of delivery.

Customer´s returning any product that has been accepted for refund by Merlin Natural will receive an email informing them of the total amount of the refund.
